Sicne what age citizens of Russian Federation are considerd to be financially independent upon their parents? And since what age parents might not claim their adult children as dependents?

After reaching the age of 14, citizens of Russian Federation have THE RIGHT to live with their parents (Article 54 of the Family Code), but this is not their obligation, respectively, they can choose their own place of residence, if they can support themselves financially.
Parental rights are terminated when children reach the age of 18 (majority), and in other cases established by law when children acquire full legal capacity before reaching adulthood.
