In case of selling the house, do I have a right to a portion of the money as a lifelong disabled person, if my father is the sole owner and we are both registered there?

Я инвалид пожизненно.
Отец один собственник.
Мы с ним прописаны только вдвоем.
Если отец продает дом, мне часть денег от продажи полагается по закону?
Уточнение, он один собственник. Я инвалид прописанный там же.

Нет, вам ничего от продажи дома отца не полагается, вы же не являетесь собственником.
